We have dedicated support centres set up available for our customers to turn to when in need of a fast and reliable break-fix support. The service centres are an essential component of our end-to-end IT offering, and as such vital to our clients’ needs.

We offer service, support and access to updates, upgrades and service packs for Dell, Cisco, VMware, Check Point, Palo Alto, Microsoft, Barracuda Networks, SonicWall, Trend Micro and Epson. All products come with an included maintenance contract for 1 year, with a useful expiry reminder sent three months before the next renewal. After registration of the purchased product, the customer receives a maintenance certificate including terms and conditions.

Our maintenance package brings several advantages to the table as our clients have access to upgrades, patches, product updates, up to date technical information and service packs.

Standard Support

The Standard Support Plan enables clients access to technical assistance from Sunday to Thursday during standard business hours 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., except holidays.

Next Business Day Support

Standard support warranty (if not indicated) is NBD response after receiving the technical support request (via call or email)

Mission Critical Support

The Support team is capable to handle the support inquiries and fixes outside of business hours, for the pre signed mission critical contract 4x24x7
